August 31, 2009 5:00 p.m.

1. Welcome and Inspiration: Mrs. Buttry- “Make Everyone a Winner”

2. Pledge of Allegiance: All in attendance

3. Principal’s Report: Mrs. Darrah

a. GAPPS visits November 9, 10, 2009

b. Mr. Welch will represent Welch Elementary School for SACS at the Central Office in October.

c. All GRASP screening/training documentation was turned into Central Office on 08/31/09 and everything was a go.

d. Welch Elementary School will have Grandparent’s Week the week of September 14-17, 2009

4. New Business: none

5. School Council Election: September 15, 2009 during the PTA meeting at 6:00 p.m. We will be looking to induct three new members into the council.

6. Future Meeting Dates: August 31, 2009, October 27, 2009, February 22, 2010, and May 17, 2010
