ATTENTION RISING 6TH GRADERS!!!

Please mark your calendars for your middle school's 6th grade parent night.  If you do not know what school you will attend in 6th grade, please inquire with Mrs. Vaughan or Mrs. Vinson.

IMPORTANT MEDIA CENTER INFORMATION FOR 5TH GRADE STUDENTS:

All library fines and lost books need to be paid for before going to middle school. Students will not be able to checkout books in middle school if they still owe books/fines to Welch.

From the School Nurse

Medication Administration at School

Please be advised that medication is not allowed to be transported on the school bus. A parent/guardian is required to bring in any medication needed at school, including prescription and over the counter medications. Cough drops are considered medication. A consent form is required to be completed with the nurse for all medications. Any prescription medication, including inhalers, must have the appropriate pharmacy label with doctor’s orders. Any prescription medication that does not have a prescription label with doctor’s orders will not be administered at school.
