INTERNET SAFETY

As part of CIPA (Children's Internet Protection Act), our school's Internet safety policy must provide education about appropriate online behavior, including interacting with other individuals and cyber bullying awareness and response. In order to meet this need, the CCSS Technology Ethics Committee has decided to require all staff and students to view age-appropriate videos provided by www.netsmartz.org. Staff members watched the video during the week of October 17-21. During Cyber Week, November 14-18, all students in our building will view the age-appropriate video at Welch Elementary School.
